These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MCFX Terminal (the "Platform"), operated by MCFX Technologies Inc. ("Operator"). By registering for, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, including the waitlist, free tier, or any paid subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Financial Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to this type of financial analytical tool is prohibited by law. The Platform is intended for individuals with genuine interest in foreign exchange trading education and analysis.

To access paid features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your account. Discovery of account sharing may result in immediate termination without refund.

The Platform is sold as a recurring subscription. Current tiers, prices and billing intervals are those displayed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, and those displayed terms form part of this agreement. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise on that page.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep access until then.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

We may change prices for future billing periods on at least 30 days' notice sent to the email on your account. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.

Where a promotional or early-access rate is offered, the specific conditions attached to it are stated at the point of purchase and are what govern that rate.

You must not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Platform content without authorization;
• Use Platform outputs to create competing products or services;
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform;
• Reverse engineer the Platform's source code, algorithms, or methodologies;
• Share paid-tier outputs to non-subscribers without written permission;
• Use the Platform for illegal trading activity;
• Train machine learning models on Platform content without authorization.

All intellectual property in the Platform, including the MCFX Terminal brand, the macro-anchored thesis framework, the COT confirmation and positioning-maturity methodology, the confluence grading system, software code, databases, and all generated reports, is the exclusive property of MCFX Technologies Inc..

Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Platform features for personal trading analysis only.

Paid-tier outputs, including weekly thesis reports, COT scores, pair grading tables, and any briefing materials, are confidential and for your personal use only. You must not share these with non-subscribers on any channel without prior written consent.

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The Platform can optionally connect to a trading account you control through an Expert Advisor or similar bridge, and can transmit order instructions you have configured to that account. This feature is off unless you enable it and supply your own credentials.

We are not a broker, we do not hold client funds, and we do not execute trades. Your relationship with your broker is governed by your agreement with them.

You must keep your connection tokens confidential and revoke them from your account settings if you suspect they are compromised. We may suspend a connection immediately if we detect abuse or a security risk.

Parts of the Platform generate written summaries, market briefs and news classifications using large language models. This content is produced automatically, is not reviewed by a person before you see it, and can be incomplete or wrong even when it reads with confidence.

Where content on the Platform is machine-generated it is labelled as such. Treat it as a starting point for your own reading, never as a verified statement of fact, and confirm anything you intend to act on against the underlying data.

Some features are offered as beta or early access. Beta features may change, break, produce incomplete data, or be withdrawn without notice, and are provided without any service level commitment. Where a feature is in beta the Platform says so.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCFX Technologies Inc. and MCFX Terminal from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
